does anybody know any freehost that supports external connections (freesql.org), PHP3-4, FTP upload, GD library with freetype support and mail function, except barrysworld.com?
not too much space needed, 20 megs more than enough, but no ads of course...
it's not easy to find one, but not impossible also, is it?
so guys i would like to get a lot of reply with cool stuffz :D
thanks in advance

I signed up for F2S a long time ago, so I am on an old FAST server (woohoo!). I find f2s slow at sometimes but it only lasts for 30 minutes or so.

unfortunately, f2s.com gives only 5 megs of space for MySQL, and it's so less for my site...and they don't allow me to connect an external database :(

When f2s.com means no external connections I believe they mean you cannot connect to your MySQL database that f2s gave you from another server. You can only access your MySQL database by being located on the server. This prevents outide hackers. freesql.org allows external connections.

Why not post it here. It's not like F2S people come in here everyday and see what's happening.
