good luck finding one. free hosts that have PHP/mySQL are either slow, or they load tons of banner ads, or they disappear within 2-10 weeks if they don't have ads.

netcabins...is on hold for now, i'd say go for F2S for now but you only get a 5 MB database. *cough* get a very cheap pay host.

here's a list:

http://www.4nx2.com
http://www.barrysworld.com (get a freesql.org account)
http://www.f2s.com (5 MB database, no external connections [maybe, some people disagree with me, depends on which server you're on])
http://www.badpenguin.net (they're new)

His forum is allready set up at f2s. Anyway, freesql.org is slow somtimes, and in buzzy periods, you can't connect.

Apparently badpenguin is run on a cable. Pretty quick, though.

F2s....God damn...It will not allow me to connect to my DB..it's a pain in the arse..

I've tried using the phpmyadmin install on their server..will not allow me..

i've tired installing phpmyadmin myself...and it still doesn't work..

it's bs..

i am the admin at badpenguin.net, we are kinda new, and i do run it off my cable but i don't plan on going anywhere soon. there are no banners and i just added the page to create a mysql database. plus since i am not a big company i can take request and help people out.

http://www.go-build.net

php support, fast and you can easily connect to an external db provider like freesql.org
