jaredperry July 22nd, 2005, 13:29 How often do you update your servers?, becuase if you have 100% uptime that means that you couldnt have updated them in the last month, or you must have a expensive system that can prevent downtime while updating or even restarting.

Thats what I siad... I just created the account yesterday.
We upate and defrag our servers once a month. On those days you can expect up to one hour of dowtime, but we do our best to keep the server up while degfraging.

Cpanel is a paid software that contains lots of features, but is very hard to customize. Its also very expensive making it hard to give lots of space and bandwidth.
Zpanel is an opensource software that can run on almost any server and is very customizable. Because it is free we are able to give lots of space and bandwidth.

Some idiot ran a script that edited the apache config.. All services are up now except for Apache. We are working towards a fix, and have contacted Scott, our server admin.
Expect the problem to be fixed by morning.
