not too shabby, although i think you should change the format of the top banner part that says "baseball central" to gif so that it wont be fuzzy like that.

thats the problem with getting a template already done for you, you dont know how many other sites are already using it.

It's certainly too plain... you're better off making your own design. If it's a baseball site, it should have a baseball feel to it, rather than 100% generic.
For your photos, don't send people off to Yahoo to look at them, because if you make people press back 30 times to find your site again they probably won't bother.
Also, it'd make sense to move the "Hall of Famers" link into your links section, since it's a link to another site rather than part of your own site.

Thats pablo verando's design I reckon. Its not bad but it look odd with the other half of the circle in the nav.
You need to customize the template, not just use the raw code, thas what I do anyways.
I think my site, Albino Freebies, and www.freebiedirectory.com use basically the same layout but they look different to the viewer.
IN fact www.thefreesite.com also uses a similiar layout.
