Well, I need SSI, 15+ MB of space, and decent speed. It's not exactly rare, I know, but I'm looking around to see what people reccomend.

http://www.netfirms.com - What I recommend! Netfirms is probably the fastest you could find with all you ask.
http://free.prohosting.com - Also quite decent
