There is a really good deal on a laptop that I want on ebay, the Apple iBook. I have a old Toshiba Portege 3015CT that is not working but has a working 4GB Hard Drive. The ibook deal I have seen (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5789729507&category=80050&rd=1)
comes w/o a HD which lowers the price a good amount. Could I place the Toshiba Hard Drive into the iBook and install OS X/ OS 9 on the HD? I have no experince really at all in macs (unless the ipod counts). Thanks for any help! :confused4

that looks similar to my laptop: http://www.deluxnetwork.com/images/mitac8060.jpg
Same color keyboard anyway.

Also it says the auction has ended, the seller ended it early cause of a mistake in the listing

Yea the auction ended about one hour after I posted...but if anyone does have the answer I would still apreciate it because their are bound to be more auctions similar to the one I had posted earlier.
