You are reffering to Installatron. We do not have Installatron installed at this time, but are looking into getting a license for it.

The banners are just links back to our website, they are not advertisment banners.

And yes, we would like people to be active members of our community, and I do not consider spam contributing to the conent of the board...so you may find some people that will get there hosting denied on those premises. If I had set a # of posts to achieve, people would spam to that number, and then request there hosting... Since I am not profiting from offering a free webhost, alls that I ask is to help NCO grow as a community :)
