too big?

Does http://natlas.talkhost.info/test.html look too big to you? I mean the site..do you have to scroll to right to see the rest? I really don't know what to do to stop it :/

It is alright on my 1024 * 768 screen.

to fix that just make sure the width and height do not exceed the screen resolution.

1024x768 is fine yeah, any computer runing 800x600 will have to scroll, maybe think about setting your site to a pecentage width? for eg instead of width="1024" width="95%" that way the site can auto adjust to any resolution people might have

of course this might cause problems with your banner as it is a set size of 1024, you can fix this by maybe making the banner smaller around 800 and then just adding an auto adjusting tile area that will coninue on your banner with any resolution.
