Can webspace really sell?

I' might think of getting a dedicated server with 120GB of webspace and 1TB of bandwidth , I was thking if I could sell 10GB webspace and 80GB of bandwidth for $20-25 or something like that..

It could. But it depends if you're going to do it formally. Most people are going to want fast tech support, server updates, blah blah.
