ok, i've got now PhotoPlus but the free version is the same as PSP version 4 or something ...... it has not much effects on it

so my question is:

do you guys now a GOOD program for graphics that has ALLOT of effects and things on it and that is a full program ?

and plz don't say PSP.... i used it several times and i also changed the date of my computer and used cracks but it didn't worked out......
ONLY say PSP if you know a site with the full version or something.......

p.s: it doesn't matter if the program has a good name (like PSP everyone knows it) i only want a program with allot of effects that i can use for my graphics for my website......

I suggest you get Adobe Photoshop and/or Macromedia Fireworks and then get the EyeCandy 4000 filter plugins which will give you more filters/effects.

I didn't bother to go to the site, it's so damn slow, so I wasn't sure. It's known as the RR of text based HTML editors. Allaire, now Macromedia/Allair. By the same guy that has written TopStyle CSS editor.

Don't tell anyone, but I downloaded Unlead gif animator and Cool 3D. They both seem nice!
