Ok, I have the frames, but it not working quite how I thought it would.Try it (http://www.geocities.com/sailorjoto/frames.html) It don't know if it's the right link though. My problem is when I click on something on the side bar it completey changes the side bar. I want it to show up in the other frame, so the sidebar still shows. (PS- If you find any mistakes in my sidebar, or any other pages, just ignore it.)

If I were you, I would redesign that entire site.

I'm probably going to end up doing that. I won't mind though.

Change your frameset to this:
<frameset cols=25%,*>
<frame src=http://www.geocities.com/sailorjoto/side_bar.html name=side>
<frame src=http://www.geocities.com/sailorjoto/70113.html name=main>
</frameset>
Then in all the links in your sidebar add "target=main". Example:
<a href=page.html target=main>
