F2S Updating Pages

I have a couple web sites on F2S, and some pages, whenever I updated, upload, and overwrite, they just don't update for a couple days. On the other hand, some update immediately. Is this a "DNS" type thing or what?

Apparently f2s have a strange cache system or something, try pressing shift+reload instead of just reload... but sometimes that doesn't work and ya just got to wait until it kicks in. But this only happens if you have been to the page you just updated... so new visitors can still see the site.

Its something in their database base. I've noticed it before on crosswinds, AOL , and various other free hosts.
