My Counter-Strike: Source clan is weighing new server options, and we're going to need a new webhost (our old server came with webhosting), so we're looking for a new webhost. Here's what I'm not going to want:
-Forum posting to get hosted
-Ads (Google ads are alright, but I still don't really want to display ads)
Here's what I want:
-At least 100 MB Web Space
-At least 1 MySQL
-CPanel
-PHP
-Lots of Uptime!
That's really it. I'm really not asking very much, just a place where we could host our site and forum. We're also looking for sponsorships (mainly server/webspace).
If you're interested in hosting our site, post here, or contact me at matticus724(at)charter.net.
Thanks

We are also on a free host with great and full options. We can let you have bbs, everything fantastico can offer and set it up for you but you'll have no cpanel access.
If thats allright with you, then email me ivan@rtgasia.com with your requirements and domain name.
Ads can be placed at a location of your choice.

We have account classes at Clubhost that don't require any forum posting
and we don't have any ads on any accounts whatsoever ...
In fact all forms of ads are completely forbidden at Clubhost !!!
Here's what I want:
-At least 100 MB Web Space
-At least 1 MySQL
-CPanel
-PHP
-Lots of Uptime!
Clubhost City more than meets what you asked for above
and comes with the following standard on all FREE accounts ...
• cPanel Pro w/Fantastico (latest, updated daily)
• 150 MB to 1 GB web space available
• 5 GB to 25 GB Bandwidth (Burst)
• PHP, ASP (limited), and JSP scripting
• MySQL v4.1.13 Database (updated daily)
• Both FTP and Web Based File Uploads
• Site Statistics and Log File Access
• Redundant MultiGig Network w/ Daily Backups
• POP3/Web Email w/Spam & Virus Protection
• No Ads Whatsoever and No Text Link Requirements!
• 3 Different FREE account classes and you can choose whether
or not you want to have any forum posting requirements. Those
who do post though get the higher end of the specification ranges
listed above but posting or being active on our site is not required.
We also have PAID account classes optionally available as well with
hundreds of additional features and even better specifications.
More information is on our forum community at http://www.clubhost.us
We are also suspending our normal requirement that you own a domain
name to apply for this weekend so anyone who applies for hosting either
today or tomorrow will be able to get hosting on a subdomain account
even if they don't already own their own domain.

Just a piece of friendly advice, DO NOT do what you just did above!
Changing the "@" to "(at)" WILL NOT protect you from the spam bots!
In fact, it will actually make you an even bigger target! Most of the
spam bots out there currently are now programmed to recognize about
50 or so different variations of email address mangling and will still rip
the correct email address from the forum web sites where it is displayed
irregardless of you changing it like you did.
Funny thing is that most of the bots are also programmed to pay more
attention to those who try to hide their addresses by mangling them
that straight unaltered addresses. This is most likely done this way
because the altered addresses are more likely to be current active
real email addresses and therefore a better spam target.
If you really must post your email address publicly, contact me and I will
tell you better ways to do it that will be a little better protected. I'm not
going to publish those tips publicly for what should be obvious reasons.
