Good host for band web site (not my band)

Hi,

I'm looking to make a Lucky Boys Confusion web site. They are a small punk band, but they'll be pretty big. I'm looking for about 20MB, but I won't need that much really, hopefully SSI, CGI, and that's about it. Netcabins would've been awesome, but they're not up anymore. Thank you for your help. By the way, my friend knows the singer, so I'm sure I can ask if I can put audio on there, but for the time being, I won't have any.

lunarpages.com is a very good host and they're coming back with this (they're relocating to LA):

100 MB space
FTP
PHP, CGI, mySQL (Perl DBI and PHP), SSI
no external connections/sendmail functions though.
