I think theres something wrong with my IDE config. Heres the problem, everytime I turn on my computer, it has black screen with white words like IDE config, then under it has like the hard drive info and stuff, the thing is, the time of the day is always not set. What I mean is, every single time I turn on my computer, I get the same message telling me to set the time of the day, but I set it each time and it still resets or something. This has been happening for a few days now, but I have no idea what the problem is. The only thing new that I put on my computer was probably the update of zone alarm, but I doubt thats the problem. Can someone please help me with this? I'm getting tired of looking at my cell phone time and setting the time of my computer every single time I open my computer (oh and this doesn't occur when I restart my computer, only if I completely shut it down and turn it on). Please help! Thanks.

Your CMOS battery is dead... just replace it.

It's a battery located on your motherboard that runs the system clock when your computer is turned off, as well as powering the CMOS memory where things such as the date and all BIOS information is stored.

Here's an example: The battery is shown in an orange circular container on thsi particular board.
