Bizari.com give out free resellers, with:
2 gb space
15 gb bandwith
unlimited features with cpanel/whm/fantastico
Or, you could go to resellerspanel.com, But you don't actually get any space, you just get a hosting website.
You could try filefarmer.com, but its pritty slow, and i dunno if its hosting can be used for reselling, but it would be really good if it could, except for the speed.
