I'm still here, enve, I replied to your PM. The reason your speeds are so slow is because you changed your nameservers to a server that isn't set up yet. You can return them to ns1.pivotalwebhosting.biz and ns2.pivotalwebhosting.biz to be set to your old account on my server.

Every sever in the data center is down because an idiot network admin physically moved our network hub and disconnected the equipment.
There are 3 techs working right now to redo the network

Yes, we encountered some problems today. Around 6:50 am GMT -5, our primary server went down along with several others from our provider as they redid their network (after speed losses our users experienced). We were in full contact with them at all times, and they took every step possible to get our boxes back online quickly. However, there was a problem when they booted our server back up. However, at this point their on-site technician had gone home for some sleep after being awake for over 24 hours. He returned just a few hours later and after several IM discussions and a few phone calls, our server is back online.

In exchange for this unacceptable downtime, we are offering all of our paid customers an additional 5 GB of space and 10 GB of transfer. All of your accounts should be modified within the next hour. If not, please contact us as soon as possible so we get you compensated.

Duport I have PMed you information regarding our data center.
