I am based in Ireland. My servers are based in the USA and Canada. Therefore, I do not need to have a licence. Also the licence does not make the business and the quality any better or worse.

its called PROPER BUSINESS PRACTICES IN YOUR STATE, you should consult someone, whether you are selling shoes or selling clothing you have made, you still require a proper business license as your are providing services and or products. Wheter you bought the material from another country that doesn't really matter as your company is at fault if anything happens, so you say your servers are located at 2 different places so wherever your 2servers are located your business practices are located at? SO you dont have a proper business main address where people can contact you? I suppose i can really brek this down ito bits and pieces you see....you have much to learn...So for taking this off topic my fault pirate2
