Host for Ikonboard [Archive] - FreeWebspace.net

I'm looking for a free host that can support a Ikonboard, I'm not sure how much space it would need, it says on ikonboard that it needs CGI and Perl. I tried Marhost, but that didn't seem to work. Does anyone have any ideas?

none of its members' sites were loading for me, at least I waited for more than 2 minutes and nothing happened.
