Hi,
I have two domains that I registered through register.com about 2 years ago. They are about to expire. I was wondering which registrar I should transfer it to. Or should I say, which registrar is the easiest to transfer to?
And has anyone transferred domains away from register.com? Is it difficult?
Thanks...

The easiest way is to stay with your current registrar. Then you don't have to reply to all those verification e-mails.
I had some probs transfering from nsi to registrars.com
If you intend,... go to the cheapest,... powerpipe or something (web control panel)

the easiest one to transfer is absolutely GoDaddy.com. No Fax !
also one of the cheapest ones.
OpenSRS resellers are also good like directnic.com

Hmm.. I'm really considering three options now: Stargate, Powerpipe, and Godaddy.
sense, any transfer experience with Stargate?

I would transfer one to stargate but at the CC page I had a problem so asked the support of stargateinc I had an answer after 6 days :( and at the moment I have allready transfered it to GoDaddy :p
so stargate's support is too slow and the powerpioe charges 15$(changed?) also those need the registration agreement to be faxed so don't waste time.
Go Daddy :D
you won't be sorry ;)
