good bandwidth is very expensive. If you can live with single-homed connection, try someone has good one, like Savvis, Internap. However, I would suggest multi-homed connections, it's better. If one network provider has trouble, system will direct you to another route, so you are still fine. Of course, it's more expensive :)

anyway, you should raise your budget as mentioned. Our price is over your budget level, cause we are never overselling our servers, and using multi-homed connections :) But I am sure you can find out someone else cheaper. Double your budget at least. Make a short list of providers and search about them on board. You will find out some interesting information
