How can i get more visiters without spending money on advertising?

apply basic seo on your web pages and build backlinks that would be a good place to start.

Submit your site at i-am-bored.com. This site got me 3,000 hits the first day I submitted my site. The traffic eventually tapered off but it would be a great way to bring some attention to your website and get the word out.
