Okay, unlike the rest of you I only need 2 thing: Space and bandwidth. I do not need php, cgi, or any of that stuff such as mysql, etc, I just need those two thing.
I need to find a host under $15 a month that will give me about 20mb space and 30-40GB bandwidth(I know this one is hard).

Is there any?

Yes, that will be hard. I don't know many places where you can get bandwidth for .50/gig.

You may take a look at http://www.tera-byte.com
They are highly reccomended around here and offer a lot of bandwidth for the price. They have all of the extra features too, but I don't know of any hosts that don't.
