looking for hosting partnership or help

I'm looking for a partnership or help in exchange for hosting. I have a dedicated server with a bunch of clients, but I don't have the time or money to keep doing everything myself right now. I have a second 80gb drive in the server that's available if anyone can use it. there's also plenty of bandwidth not being used either. tech support help is very minimal. I take care of that myself over msn right now. I could use some help with billing and possibly graphics. please post a reply or send me an email if you're interested or have any questions.

it has been a reliable server with few problems. preformance has been great, athlon xp 2600+ with 512mb ram and 2x 80gb drives, red hat (centos) and cpanel installed.

I'm considering putting together my own server to colocate in a datacenter. I have a dual pentium 3 rack server and 2 full case dual pentium 3 servers. I've been thinking about putting hard drives and ram in those and hosting my clients sites on one of those. would cut down on expences but add a little more work for me and my staff. but that's something I'd have to talk about with whoever joins my team.
