Template Site

I am thinking of starting a site like freewebtemplates.com... that has free web templates... duh. Anyway, I would buy the domain and pay for the hosting... would anybody here be interested in submitting templates?

Maybe there would be a design/html forum to help people out too... who knows.

maybe but I'd be more interested in the coding side ie plug in guestbooks counters etc
