Ok, i was just wondering about pricing on this vps i wanted, heres the specs.
7 Gig space
150 gig bandwidth (Must be cheap to buy more bandwidth)
Cpanel with Fantastico will work (DirectAdmin ok with Installatron)
Linux Os (Debian, maybe CentOS)
Root Access
128 mb ram MINIMUM
Unmanaged
Maximum 25$ month
Payment by Paypal

Good luck finding than for $20 a month. You can try a2b2.com but I dont think they offer installatron.

I cut down my needs.
a2b2 looks good, andi will take cpanel w/fantastico, but i want unmanaged, which means all they do is install os and cpanel

Hmm... actually i want semi managed, so they install mysql and stuff, but i get ssh.

You get SSH and Root Access even on a fully managed VPS. Your best bet would be to go with http://a2b2.com. They have incredible plans and Rus offers amazing support.

When installing cPanel or DirectAdmin, it will install Apache, mySQL, PHP... for you already
