hello,
can anyone recomend a credit card prossor that i can accept credit cards from the uk and us and with in the eu.
if possible i would like to be able to pay per traction and not a monthly fee
any one know any

Have you try 2Checkout? I believe they accept payment everywhere, I could be wrong though

2Checkout.com (http://www.2checkout.com/) is probably your best option. They allow people from the UK to join and they support £GBP as far as I know... :-)

PayPal accepts credit card payments and does not have a setup fee. :)

Yes, but some people are reluctant to use PayPal for both privacy concerns and becuase of past bad experiences.

paypal does have this yes but you have to sign up to paypal and it quite a lot of sign ups to just get hosting, as the user would need paypal account + run the sign up of account. We currenly use paypal and it courseing plently of problems :(
