I feel that 3 year in businness requirement is not fair, I think a 1 year requirement is better. You can leave it as it is but you might be missing out on some great companies who havent been in the business long.

I think it would be better for you to get a dedicated server instantly, this because your needs are very high and probarbly need a lot of server resources. (25 databases to start off with is a lot)

So I think you would be better of with a dedicated server.
