I was just wondering whether a 3GHZ computer will use more electricity than a 1GHZ computer? Both 400Watt power supply. because im re-opening my hosting soon, its file so i dont need a 3GHZ computer. thank you

Each processor has ratings and specifications you know, maximum power consumption and heat dissipation. Clock speed has nothing to do with it; the architecture (company and model series) is more important.
