E-mail notification of replies.

I am not sure why but I don't believe I am receiving e-mail notification of replies anymore. I checked my user control panel and it is clicked for me too. hmmm maybe it is just me but I thought I would post to double check.

We've had some problems today apparently that might have affected email notification. Should be working now again though.
