Like the title says, I'm looking for the cheapest domain registrars possible, and they have to allow paypal as a payment option. Thanks in advance!

http://namecheap.com <--You get free whois protection and they provide all the dns tools you would ever need.

I second Namecheap. They dont make you pay by credit card in paypal so if you dont have a cc to your name you can still pay it with the money in the account :-).

$8.88 is pretty reasonable I think aswell.

netfirms doesn't allow paypal either
