I'm not happy with my current reseller provider, Site5.com. Their servers are offline more than they say they are, my WHM randomly doesn't respond, and I've had multiple bad experiences with support.

But I'll bash Site5 later. I'm looking for
WHM
ClientExec, WHMAP, or something that integrates into WHM
At least 5GB space
At least 60GB bandwidth
unlimited domain creation

2.41 is still fine with a Dual CPU system. Of course, a lower server load is better. The average response time depends on your sites as well.

anyway, this is a sample from one of our P4 box
Server Load 0.14 (2 cpus)

remember, dont go with too cheap offers, cause they need to oversell server to get profit. Your site might run fast at the beginning when there is less accounts on server, but you will get trouble when the number of accounts increase
