Bandwidth 1TB (1,000GB)
OS: Linux-Cpanel (Fantastico would be a plus)

1500GB transfer is a lot :) Maybe take a look at Nocster? Their Celeron plan is similar with your requirements. About the support. when I had tried them 1 month before, the support is so so, not very good, but if you know about server, you can live with that :)

Your price range is hard to meet with a free cPanel. You might consider revamping the amount you can pay and that would get you more offers.

Also, are these managed or unmanaged? If unmanaged, I'd suggest you go for LT servers.
