Well, it loads pretty slow for me on cable. Also, the nav is a little high. ON 1024x768 it looks OK, but at 800x600 it would probbly take up half the screen.

Its not bad, but it is a long read. Try to make it a little bit more interesting or interactive somehow.

Well thanks for the reply's. I don't think i'll do much to it or put to much work into it because it was one of my first designs and i was not as experienced as i am right now. I agree with the text length, is a bit boring and long now that i look at it. Wel thanks anyways.
