Site idea, would like some feedback :)

Hi, I just wondered if I could get some feedback for an idea of a site I was thinking of making.

Primarily, I am looking to generate a little revenue, (not a great deal), but I though of creating a freebies website with an 'almost free' section, for example a bargain guide to places on the internet, that would enable me to display both free content and ads for 'almost' free items, such as shopping links.

Aren't there enough freebie sites out there? If you want visitors to come to you rather than the pther hundreds, your gonna need to have something uniques that will keep em coming. However, I'm not the one to ask about that.

PS. Linkshare.com is a pretty good advertising/banner network.
