Except the fact that they have not yet refunded my money, and it has been two days. I emailed and they said billing was closed yesterday. Then emailed twice today, during billing hours, with no response. I've been reviewing some companies, and have not had very good luck with it.

Edit: Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with there service, I'm just dissappointed at their level of billing support. Their actual support was fine.

I doubt you had trouble with a2b2. Have you tried to contact Rus by the email when making order? I am sure he can do something, or at least let you know the reason
