Your budget is too low for that request. May be you need raise more for that or try get a dedicated :-)

For that you will need a dedicated server for sure. A reseller of that size is going to run you more than a dedicated server would and unlimited IP's is not truly possible they cost the host money also.

In addition, with a requirement of 70Gb of space you are looking at a reseller account that costs much more than a dedicated server. So, if you do find someone who will host this for you, you are finding yourself in a scam.
