how can i use my Hard Drive for my Webhosting usage? (i mean using my hard drive as webspace instead of a web host)

Erm.... you don't.

Unless you want to set up a server on your PC. But of course that comes with its own downfalls. Home internet connections have much too little uplink bandwidth to handle hardly any traffic at all, and many people don't leave their computers on 24/7.

And if anyone found out that you were hosting from home then they wouldn't pay for it.
You could try no-ip.com.

well you can, download ampxx, and start the apache server, that way, people can get to you, by calling out your ip, and if you're using windows OS, then you can use ISS, witch is a built on server, with windows XP, but you have to have windows xp, installation disk, to install it
