Need Dedicated Server!

i am in need interest of a dedicated which has the following:

Intel Celeron 1.5Ghz
256MB RAM
CPanel
WHM
40gb space
800GB bandwidth

I have not got much money, so if people could please post any servers that are less than or CLOSE to $50 a month, that'd be great.

I know that there may only be a few if any, but please, post the cheapest you can find, im in need.

Close to $50? cPanel already cost $20 if you buy servers.

I suggest you go with a VPS.

My guess is what they are offering is a VPS. They should be more clear in their post as one could be led to believe you are purchasing a dedicated server.

We are not offering a VPS, this is a Dynamic Dedicated server. Did you go and customize a server on our site? It is small on the resources, but 20 GB is a different amount in a dedicated enviorment. Also you get what you pay for. Please let us know if you have any questions.

I am not familiar with a "Dynamic Dedicated server." Could you explain to me what that is?
