You know there are some processes in your computer where in even if you terminate by ctrl+alt+del... it's still there. Does anyone know a program/way that can fully terminate a process?

It depends, cause some process will respawn themselves as seen in spyware and malware. Get a program called "EndItAll2" which can be found and downloaded at http://www.docsdownloads.com/Tier1/enditall.htm this will show you ALL processes that are running and allow you to kill them better than the normal process manager will.

I suggest smartclose to do the above task.
