Its good, I like it. Except one thing:
The intro page. You load up the website, then get a page saying to choose to view the intro, download flash, or skip it. And the intro is pretty worthless I thought.

Like the black&white. Only one objection -the font and font size. 10px is small on my screen (1024*768) and must be unreadable at higher res. Verdana, as readable as it normally is, is very unreadable at really small size. Apart from that - nice. :)

Before any work must take place, you will be required to submit 50% of the total contract price before work begins, as well as any necessary text, photos and logos (unless you have contracted my Graphic Design Services). The remaining 50% of the contract price is due immediately upon the completion of job.

Your wording is worse than terrible, also, give me your money before you get anything? Sorry but that will scare off anyone before they even look at the rest of your site, if they get past the pigeon English.

I like it but there are alot of spelling and grammar mistakes, I think you should go through it or even get someone else to go through it with a fine tooth comb. :)
