I'm thinking about going with this site....but I'm not to sure if I want to. Yea, I know there is no such thing as unlimited, but it's not like I'm gonna upload thousands and thousands of megs.[/b]

I don't think you will find to many people here that will recomend an unlimited host. Even in your situation.

I need a realiable host (about $10 - $20) with a lot of data transfer...I'm planning to have a very active forum. Also, I need a host that'll let me make subdomains.

I never have any experience valvenetwork. But unlimited everything is physically impossible. Espcially bandwidth cost a lot of money. I would suggest you look around.

Tera-byte.com might be a good alternative.

ValveNetwork.com is just a re-seller. They used to be tacidhost.com, tacidblue.com.
if you go to http://www.tacidblue.com it just re-directs you to http://www.valvenetwork.com
TacidBlue was not a good host. I know from experience. They had 90% downtime. :(
