cPanel hosting

I do have a host for my webcomics but he is taking an extremely long time getting my cPanel account up, so incase there is anything better out there here is a list of what im looking for

<500 MB Disk Space
3-4 GB B/W
Unlimited Subdomains
Unlimited pop3 e-mails
PHP
Unlimited mySQL Databases
1 Parked Domain
Fantastico (Just incase :wink2: )
Upgradeable at any time

If your asking why i need those unlimiteds for one webcomic, it's because the site name is Webcomic HeadQuarters :P I'm planning on using more than one webcomic

How exactly do you have a working account there if they
haven't setup your Cpanel access yet?

I got an account and they said i would have to ait because they are sirchging host and name servers, and it's been about a week or two since they said that
