Can Any Body Tell me way out To To Do direct Server to server transfer of files.

ie if i wanna trasfer all contents of bollymag.com to bollyfun.com directly server to server then what would be the procedure

can any body help me out

If the servers support it you could use FXP (File Exchange Protocol). Some FXP apps are listed here: http://www.ultimatefxp.f2s.com/
I think FlashFXP is OK. Never hurts to have a go. :)
