Task manager problem/question

I know i'm annoying, asking another question but meh here it is:

My task manager doesn't have those tabs at the tob like "programs" and "process's" is there a way to get them back?

If it's Windows XP, anywhere on the gray border of the task manager, double click and you'll get those back.

true, and i actually still forget how to bring it back, so I smack my head on the wall once again.

btw, have you found that hung 99% cpu programs can prevent the task manager on XP displaying?

sometimes it takes 2min then 5 popup.
for some reason Win98 never had this problem. Any tips?
