IE vs Netscape

Look at the logo in each of them...why does the logo look much better in Netscape than in IE?

Netscape4x? I don't see that. Sure your eyes don't trick? Since the blue line to the right doesn't render, the image looks a little brighter than in IE when compared side by side but not when you look close.

Looks the same to me in Netscape 6 as well.
