are these module common?? would i find them on most server or do they have to be seperatly installed??

POP3Client, MIME::Base64, Crypt::Blowfish, and Crypt::CBC

And qmail, MD5,tcpserver(ucspi-tcp-0.88)
5-----vpopmail-4.9.10 (with mysql support)
MailTools-1.15.tar.gz
IO-str
ingy-1.220.tar.gz
MIME-tools-5.410.tar.gz
DBD-mysql-2.0901.tar.gz

oh... god, how can i check this out by myself??

Actually they're Perl Modules... Not Apache Modules.

You can find them all at:
http://www.cpan.org/

i know i can find them at http://www.cpan.org/
but how do i know if the host already have them installed ( apart from asking them ) or is it most host have them installed anyway??

I think he want's to know how commonly those modules are used, not hom to install them himself.

Yea... I think he just want to know how to check if his host support those modules.
