Alright, I currently run the site, http://spectacularsims.com
I know all the basics of building sites. I need a blog for my site that will allow me to have multiple authors, and allow me to upload files. I cannot host it because I have absolutely no clue how to! I cannot write html either. I just use a html generator. If you can help me out with this, I would be very appreciative! Thanks!

Actually, I wouldn't mind a remotely hosted forum with file uploads! Just no IPB please!

For the blog have you considered Blogger? They will allow you to do such things as have multiple people using one blog etc. You can even host it on your own ftp server. Skins that they hare pre-loaded are pretty nice and you can find many more at websites like www.createblog.com I would try that out.
