100+ megs (if it says unlimited, it's fine with me)
10 GB data transfer+ (if it says unlimited, also fine with me)
Can be paid using "money orders" (i don't have a CC)
Can be paid quarterly, half, or yearly

About 5-15 dollars per month. So far, the only good one I found is tera-byte.

You can go to www.webhostdir.com
and do a search based on your requirements, and see what results.
One thing though--BEST NOT to go with anyone that states unlimited transfer! You may very well find yourself without a website and little or NO warning!
Plenty of hosts state clearly upfront what the limits are, and there are many providers now that offer SUBSTANTIAL bandwidth, disk space, etc.
