rackshack.net offers RaQ4is for $99 dollars a month.

The RaQ4i comes with everything a RaQ3 comes with but with 450mhz and 20GB hard drive. As well as ASP supported.

Rackshack offers it at $99 dollars a year with 175GB of bandwidth.

I recommend Rackshack!

120GBtransfer/year is not much.

often you would get 100GBtransfer/month!

also worth a look is tera-byte (or their partner, that offers dedicated raq)

@rackshack.net: $99/MONTH
and 150GB/transfer/MONTH
on a 4i

powerraq.com requires you to pay for 3 years up front.
£1099 total including setup
Bandwidth above the small allotment is £7 GB.
According to the newsgroups, tech support is not good.

There is a listing of most of the under $100 server deals at http://www.99servers.com/.

Also, search here and webhostingtalk.com for information about the companies you are considering.

I spent a lot of time researching cheap dedicated server a couple of months ago.
I chose rackshack.net but 4webspace.com was a close second.

http://www.lightspeedservers.net/ has some attractively priced server packages.
I don't know anything about them though.

If you want to gamble on a new company,
http://www.acsdatanet.com/ offers the following:
Celeron 667MHz
RAM: 64MB
Hard Drive: 20GB
IPs Included: 2
40GB mo. transfer
Linux or FreeBSD
Set up: $150.00
Monthly: $49.95

Get two. They're cheap. :D
